How Does This Work ?

   

Placing Your Order(Orders can be placed 24 hours a day) 

  

  1.   Decide on what equipment you need.
  2.   For each item, select how long you want to have the equipment (rental period) and add the item to your shopping cart.
  3.   You can also choose the optional damage waiver for each item.
  4.   Read and confirm to our rental agreement.  At this time you may also provide us with any special instructions about your order in the comment box.
  5.   Repeat this process for all of the items you need.
  6.   Click “Checkout” when you are done shopping.  Create your login information if you are a first time customer. 
  7.   Enter your shipping and billing information.
  8.   Select your shipping method.
  9.   Verify your order and choose a payment method.
  10.   Enter your credit card information and submit your order.  Once the order is approved, your credit card is billed immediately.
  11.   Print a copy of the invoice for your records. 

 

How Your Order is Processed

 

 

  1.   Once we receive your order we will contact you and ask for some information that we use to prevent fraud and for ID verification.
  2.   After all of the information is verified your order will be shipped according to the shipping method you requested on the order.
  3.   Along with your equipment, the box will include a prepaid shipping label back to us, a thank you letter explaining the return process, and a receipt of your order.
  4.   All of our equipment is shipped signature confirmation.  So please make sure that an adult will be available to sign for the package.
  5.   Your rental period starts the day after the equipment is delivered or the attempt is made by the carrier (i.e. the day after a notice is left). 

 

The Status of My Order  

 

  1.   All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. 
  2.   Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with your tracking number. 

 

Returning the Equipment  

 

  1.   Your rental includes a pre-paid return shipping label back to us.
  2.   On your ship back date, package the equipment back into the original box in its original packaging.  Seal the box and apply the shipping label over the old one.
  3.   The equipment needs to be returned via the same carrier that delivered it.

Please remember to get a drop-off receipt from FedEx as proof of shipment back to us.
