Allorders must be placed online thru our website www.thelensdepot.com.First time customers, please check your email after placing your order, as we will require additional information to finish processing and approval. Please allow at least 3 hours prior to pickup.We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up. We do not accept cash or checks, only credit cards.
We are an internet based company and do not accept walk-ins.Local pickups are available at our Oviedooffice by appointmentonly. We are not a retail store.In order to keep our prices competitive, we do not have additional staff to accommodate browsing, “trying out” equipment, placing or changing orders, etc.We offer local pick up and drop off as an alternative to shipping.
You may pick up your order between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m Monday through Friday. We are CLOSED on Saturdays & Sundays.If you cannot make it during those hours then place your order to be shipped.

The person on the billing portion of the order is the only person who can pick up the equipment. We will not allow pick up of orders by friends, family members, personal assistants, etc. There will be no exceptions, so please do not ask.
Pick Up/Drop Off Policy:Example: If you pick up your order at 10 am on a Wednesday for a one week rental, then it is due back by 10 am the following Wednesday.
We must insist that you honor our drop-off and pick-up policy so that we can allocate inventory appropriately for other customers.There will be late fees (as stated in our Rental Agreement) associated with any late returns.
