No we do not. However, we will require additional personal information after checkout to protect not only our customers but our equipment as well. We have strict policies regarding shipping addresses and identity verification procedures. To limit our risk, a maximum of two lenses or a camera and a lens may be rented or in transit per household.

We are an online based rental house, but unlike most other companies we do offer a no cost alternative to our local customers in the Central Florida area. We currently meet at the Starbucks at the corner of Horatio Ave and 17-92. Located in Maitland FL.

We meet clients Monday-Saturday between the hours of 9:30 and 10am . Please make arrangements ahead of time with us so that we can schedule your appointment.

At the moment we do not offer shorter rentals than 1 week.

We check and clean each item before it is shipped out. We guarantee the cameras and accessories are working, and the glass is clear.

Yes. We can however make exceptions and will require additional personal information.

Each lens comes with front and rear caps and all of them have genuine hoods. Cameras will come with 2 batteries ,a charger, front cap and strap. Flashes will not include any batteries.

If the box is not damaged then the Equipment is typically not damaged. Once in a while you might have an electronic problem from the shipping. E-mail us in the event that a piece of equipment malfunctions within the first 3 hours of delivery and we will either exchange or refund the rental price plus shipping. Exchanges are subject to the limits of our stock. Both exchanges and refunds are contingent on verification of problem.

E-mail us Immediately. Our lease agreement states that if the equipment is damaged you are responsible for 100% of the repairs and or the replacement if not repairable. If you purchase the Damage Waiver then you are only responsible for 15% of the retail value of the equipment. We will provide you with a repair receipt from the service center. Please take a look at our lease agreement for a more detailed explanation.

Yes we do. Both the outbound and inbound shipments are covered. We offer an optional damage waiver program that limits your liability for damage to 15 % of the retail value of the item while the equipment is in your possession. See lease agreement for further details.

Minor scratches to a lens barrel, hood, flashes and cameras are considered the results of ordinary wear and tear and will not result in damage assessments. Scratches to the glass, screens, couplings, buttons, mirror or any other part that affects the equipments performance will be considered damage.

The rental period starts the day after USPS/Fed Ex delivers your package. In the event you are not available to receive the package, your rental will begin the day after the 1st attempt was made. Your rental period ends 1 week, 2 weeks etc…after the delivery date. On the last day of the rental you must ship the equipment back to us. If the last day falls on a Holiday or Sunday then the next day is the end date.

Yes, but be aware USPS priority typically takes 3-4 days.

We strive to ship within 24 hours of when an order is placed.

USPS Priority mail is usually 2 or 3 days. Express is typically 1-2 days. USPS and Fed Ex do not guarantee 100% delivery time. Give yourself some time before you actually need the item. We also offer 2-day Fed Ex and well as Overnight.

Shipping to you and back to us is calculated at checkout based on delivery address and method of shipment....ie USPS or Fed Ex.

We will have a prepaid return-shipping label in the box with the items. Repack the lens, camera or accessories with everything we sent you in the box and padding it came in. Seal it, put the return label on it, and take it to the post office or your local Fed Ex.

It is the lessee's responsibility to get a receipt from either USPS or Fed Ex when dropping off a package for shipment back to us.

Yes you can, just e-mail us prior to shipping back the lens. We will contact you and make sure it was not reserved for someone else.

Unfortunately we do. Late returns are subject to a fee of one fourth of the one week rental price at time of purchase per day. Renter agrees that said fee will be charged to the same credit card used for the rental purchase.

Cancellations are made by contacting us via phone or e-mail before 8pm EST on the day order was placed will result in no charge. Cancellations made after 8pm EST on the day that the order was placed or before 6am EST on following day (Monday thru Sat) will result in a fee of one fourth of a one week rental price. After 6am EST on day after order was placed package is deemed ready for shipment and cannot be canceled.
